Overview

In addition to excellent primary gas measurement devices, Manning Systems offers many output options that can be tied directly to the sensor or used as an auxiliary output device with a stand-alone readout/alarm unit.

These devices give a choice of relay output(s), linear 4/20 mA output, or modbus / ethernet communications capability.

RP Relay Plug

The RP Relay Plug inserts into the standard wiring plug of any Manning Systems sensor. Provides a Form C relay rated 3 amps @ 24 VDC. This plug terminates the 4/20 mA sensor output, converting the sensor to a relay output device. Trip point adjustable in 10% increments.

Remote Dual Alarm Relay Module

The Remote Dual Alarm Relay Module is a 4/20 mA feed-through device designed to provide dual stage alarm relay output.

SpectrAlert® Advance Selectable Output Notification Appliances/Strobe & Horn Assemblies

The SpectrAlert Advance Series of speakers and speaker strobes is designed to reduce ground faults. The plug-in design allows the installer to pre-wire mounting plates and dress the wires before plugging in the speakers. The plastic cover prevents nicked wires by covering exposed speaker components.

Modbus/Ethernet Communications Port

The Modbus/Ethernet Communications Port provides ten (10) signals corresponding to gas sensor signals for interfacing to customer software package. Optional monitoring software is available.

Embedded Web Server

The Embedded Web Server provides an ethernet connection to customer's LAN. Allows viewing of gas concentration information with any web browser.
