Overview

In addition to excellent primary gas measurement devices, Manning Systems offers many output options that can be tied directly to the sensor or used as an auxiliary output device with a stand-alone readout/alarm unit.

These devices give a choice of relay output(s), linear 4/20 mA output, or modbus / ethernet communications capability.

GM-10 Relay Board

The GM-10 Relay Board has a total of 20 relays (2 per channel), mounts in GM-10 enclosure and provides individual warn and alarm level relays for each sensor (up to 10), monitored by GM-10 Readout / Alarm System. Can be used simultaneously with GM-10 Analog Output Board.

GM-4 Relay Board

The GM-4 Relay Board has a total of 8 relays (2 per channel), mounts in GM-4 enclosure and provides individual warn and alarm level relays for each sensor (up to 4), monitored by GM-4 Readout / Alarm System. Can be used simultaneously with GM-4 Analog Output Board.

GM-10 Analog Output Board

The GM-10 Analog Output Board has a total of 10 linear 4/20 mA outputs (one per channel). Sends 4/20 mA signal from each sensor back to building control panel or PLC. Can be used simultaneously with GM-10 Relay Board.

GM-4 Analog Output Board

The GM-4 Analog Output Board has a total of 4 linear 4/20 mA outputs (one per channel). Sends 4/20 mA signal from each sensor back to building control panel or PLC. Can be used simultaneously with GM-4 Relay Board.

GM-1 Analog Output Board

The GM-1 Analog Output Board has a single 4/20 output from sensor monitored by GM-1 that has (3) relay outputs as standard.

RP Relay Plug

The RP Relay Plug inserts into the standard wiring plug of any Manning Systems sensor. Provides a Form C relay rated 3 amps @ 24 VDC. This plug terminates the 4/20 mA sensor output, converting the sensor to a relay output device. Trip point adjustable in 10% increments.

Remote Dual Alarm Relay Module

The Remote Dual Alarm Relay Module is a 4/20 mA feed-through device designed to provide dual stage alarm relay output.

Strobe, Horn Assembly

The Strobe/Horn Assembly is a combination assembly that complements Manning Systems sensors. These units are available with a choice of bases and can be used with any Manning Systems sensor.

Modbus/Ethernet Communications Port

The Modbus/Ethernet Communications Port provides ten (10) signals corresponding to gas sensor signals for interfacing to customer software package. Optional monitoring software is available.

Embedded Web Server

The Embedded Web Server provides an ethernet connection to customer's LAN. Allows viewing of gas concentration information with any web browser.

Express Phone Dialer

The Express Phone Dialer is an advanced environmental monitoring system that combines digital speech recording technology with innovative features to customize for your individual notification needs. With Express you have comprehensive monitoring capability and the versatility of recording your own voice for the dial-out alarm and ID messages. Express monitors up to four (4) dry contacts, has a built-in temperature sensor, on-board power monitoring, and built-in microphone to call in and listen to noises at the remote site. Up to eight (8) phone numbers can be called using pulse or Touch-Tone™ dialing.
