GM-4 Relay Board

Manning Systems GM-4 Four-channel Readout / Alarm System has audible / visual indications of gas concentration, as well as four "common" relay outputs as standard equipment, one relay each for Warn, Alarm, Fault and Horn. These relays trip if any channel goes into the associated condition.

If individual channel relay output is required, the GM-4-RB provides two relays per channel (one each for Warn and Alarm), total of eight (8) relays. Up to two relay boards can be supplied with the GM-4 unit for a total of sixteen (16) relay outputs.

All of the relays have a green LED in the coil that, when lit, indicates that the relay is in the normal position.

If individual 4/20 mA output signals must be monitored, the optional GM-4-AOB Analog Output Board can also be used in the GM-4. It will send the sensor signal directly to a PLC or other monitoring device that will input a 4/20 mA signal.
